The Twin Troller hull provides two layers of toughness using Nova Chemicals SURPASS® high-performance polyethylene resins and rotomolding manufacturing to produce a continuous mono-hull with no seams to cause leaks down the road. The first layer is a solid exterior shell and the second is a layer of closed cell foam which makes it practically unsinkable. The two layers are fused together during the manufacturing process and will not separate from each other. The UV resistant properties of the resin keeps your boat protected from the harsh rays of the sun preventing it from becoming brittle and developing hairline cracks.
