Our return policy allows for the customer to return their purchase within 15 days of receipt of the item. If you wish to return your purchase, simply return the item to us for a full refund (provided item is returned in "like new" condition and in proper packaging). Items returned in less than "like new" condition or improper packaging may be limited to a partial refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
If you've received defective or damaged products, please call Customer Service at 877-882-0099 before returning. When your boat arrives, be sure to carefully inspect the boat for damage BEFORE signing the bill of lading for the driver. If there is visible damage, note it on the bill of lading, reject the shipment and the carrier will return it to Carolina Electric Boats. |
